My coaching is focused on 2 main areas: interview coaching and executive communications coaching.
Interview coaching may include career clarity, CV and LinkedIn positioning, personal branding, interview strategy, answer structuring, mock interviews, and communicating your value with confidence.
Executive communications coaching may include strengthening your leadership presence, speaking up with greater visibility, participating more strategically, presenting ideas with impact, navigating stakeholder conversations, leading and influencing teams, and communicating with greater clarity, credibility, and confidence.
do you cover other aspects of career coaching?
Yes, as an end-to-end career coach, I also work with clients on career clarity, CV and LinkedIn positioning, networking strategies and tactics, and transition support. As my client, I will also guide you through compensation negotiation if you receive an offer during or after the program.
What makes your coaching different?
My approach is tailored, structured, and practice-led. We begin with a 30-minute strategy call to understand your goals, current situation, and key challenges. Once we decide to work together, I will send you a set of intake questions to gain a more holistic understanding of your needs, priorities, strengths, gaps, and desired outcomes.
From there, we align on the coaching focus and plan, whether it is interview preparation, career positioning, executive communication, or leadership presence. Sessions are interactive and practical, with live activities, real-time feedback, and clear refinements you can apply immediately.
Can you help if I'm not actively looking for a job?
Yes. Many clients work with me to prepare for internal growth, promotion readiness, leadership visibility, stakeholder influence, or stronger executive presence, not just for job-searching purposes.
Are you a recruiter or a recruitment agency?
No. I do not provide recruitment or job placement services, nor do I place candidates into roles.
My work focuses on enabling you to clarify your direction, strengthen your positioning, improve your communication skills, be it during interviews or everyday work, and prepare more effectively for career opportunities.

Do you guarantee job offers, promotions, or career outcomes?
No coach can ethically guarantee a job offer, promotion, or specific outcome. Job outcomes are affected by external factors such as market conditions, seniority, salary expectations, timing, among many others.
Where I can support you are the factors within your control: clarity, positioning, communication, interview readiness, confidence, and executive presence.
